Yoga means to bring together, uniting your body and mind, through physical postures (asana’s) and breath (pranayama), the foundations being breath, movement and relaxation. Yoga is therefore a holistic approach to wellbeing. Regular practice has been known to improve strength, posture, concentration, memory, and a general renewed joy of life it self.

Through the magical teaching of yoga my intention as a practitioner is to cultivate a feeling of balance, freedom and grace within the body and mind creating space to be with what is and meeting each individual with where they are at, whilst maintaining safety and humour.
